Would not recommend. Called to have an appliance checked out they said they'd come down and let me know what was wrong with it and tell me if they can fix it. They were not upfront about costs and talked as if they would quote me with repair costs after they looked at the item. Instead a guy came, barely even touch the microwave and told me it would need to be replaced.THEN charged me $95 for his professional opinion giving no prior quote or mentioning any cost to "diagnose" which again took less than a min. Felt like more of a scam. Don't waste your time. Paid $95 for the $3 of gas it took him to drive just to look at it.

I'M GOING TO TELL YOU,WE HAVE HAD A GE WASHER AND DRYER FOR 4 OR 5 YRS.WE'VE HAD TWO REPAIR PEOPLE OUT HERE AND NOTHING CHANGED,THE WATER LEVEL WAS STILL REALLY LOW.COULDN'T WASH BUT 2 TOWELS AT A TIME.BUT THEY CALLED DEAN'S H & A AND THIER SON LUCAS CAME AND WORKED ON IT AND ACCUALLY FIGURED OUT WHAT WAS WRONG!! IT WAS A LITTLE HOSE THAT WAS WRONG.I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT!NOW IT WASHE'S A REAL LOAD AND HAS SUPER FILL,LIKE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO ALL ALONG.IT'S LIKE HAVING A NEW WASHER!! IF YOU NEED A REPAIR MAN CALL LUCAS AT DEAN'S HEATING AND AIR IN VALDOSTA,GA.
