Never been to a gym in my life that is silent like this one, no music is weird. Truck driver friendly. Shower hot but low water pressure and no shelf or anything hanging to avoid having to put your stuff on the ground which is gross. Water fountain also broken. Knob on shoulder press machine has been missing for over a month since the last time I was here so it’s hard to make adjustments. Overall this location gets the job done but clearly not taking care of the small things that set themselves apart from the better locations
My FAVORITE PLACE IN VALDOSTA! The equipment is top notch. There is a wide selection of various machines to use. You can easily tailor your workout regime to target specific muscle groups and CRUNCH has the machines to meet the need and goal!
For the love of the sauna, PLEASE replace your water bottle refilling filter!!!!!!!!
Saunas great, equipment is good, crowd is good, staff is boring since the management change.
