Cooper Real Estate is the best landlord I have ever had. We have been tenants for over two years and have zero complaints! They treat us like family and take care of any issues that are brought to their attention. They actually care about you. When you reach out to them for any issue they send someone almost immediately! Been through two big hurricanes renting a house from them and they have gone out of their way to take care of my family!

Mr Cooper is the best property manager in South Georgia in my honest opinion. He always keeps me in the loop and always on top of business. I highly recommend anyone in South Georgia to go through Jeff cooper for any property management needs.

I loved renting though them, they are awesome, very military friendly and will work with you if something comes up. Hands down the best service I had with a renting and real estate company.
