She took the time to actually explain why curls are curls and why they tend to misbehave like they do- the science behind it and everything- in a way that I actually understood and it MADE SENSE!!!! She then taught me- not just told me- taught me how to correctly wash, condition, apply products, style, and refresh my curls so that I could do it at home. I have such a difference already and I can't wait until my curly cut so that we can take some weight off my curls to allow them even more bounce. She also has answered any questions that I reached out with to ensure that I was doing the right thing or gives me advice on what to try instead. She truly is a curly girl God send. You can clearly tell that she has a passion for curls and definitely goes the extra mile to gain more knowledge and be sure that others can learn to love their curls instead of hate them. Kenzie is amazing, she's been doing my hair for about 4 years now. I get foiled highlights about 4 times a year. She does a beautiful job and even sends me reminders when I need a touch-up.

Azer is super friendly and makes you feel welcome when you walk in the door. She was conversational and thorough. You can tell she enjoys her job and treats each customer as as a special client and not just another haircut.
Alyssa is the real deal, she's got years of experience and listens to the customer. She's also not afraid to tell you if your desired haircut is going to look stupid, cut it for you anyways because you insisted, and then fix it for free when you come back and admit that your wrong. And she definitely won't laugh at you while doing. Definitely not. Highly recommend!

We just moved here from Florida in August and I have been looking for a good barber for my 14 to soon. We have previously gone to 4 barbers around Valdosta just to be disappointed. So I decided to take him to Empire in the Valdosta Mall because they had very good reviews. Upon arriving we were immediately greeted by Alex who asked us to have a seat and they would get us in. Around 7pm Tajon called my son up. During the cut, Tajon was giving my son positive encouragement about school and academics. He was a very positive young man. I appreciated that. I was completely unaware that the mall closed at 8. About 820 he completed my son's haircut, I paid and Alex asked where we parked. I told him I'm the front of the mall. He then proceeded to call security to meet us to let us out of the mall. It was an overall awesome experience. I would definitely be taking my son back but this time with an appt. If you are new or a regular to Valdosta and need a great barbershop, Empire is the one!!!!

He is always on time and goes out of his way to ensure his customers are comfortable. The shop is immaculate, well-lit, and nicely decorated. The atmosphere is always inviting and positive, which is essential to me as the mom of a high school female (who is in the shop as often as I am). Francesca did an amazing job designing my tattoo with me only giving her a vision of what I wanted. We had great conversation during my 6 hour session and the tattoo is beautiful. The shop is super clean and has a family feel to it. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I recommend anyone asking where to go to Patriot. They also sell this tattoo butter made from natural ingredients that helped my tattoo heal faster than any of my others have, works way better than aquaphor. I will definitely be going back for more.

We used VPS through our home warranty. They were very good, efficient and professional. Within the hour or so the two technicians came out to replace our water heater. One of them was one who worked with us prior to this service on a plumbing issue and had mentioned it in a conversation.

I was caught by surprise with a frozen outdoor faucet during the cold weather spell this past week. The RHT office assistant, Gloria Mango, seemed to be one of the only plumbing company staff taking calls on the day after Christmas this year. The RHT plumbing team came promptly to my house on Tuesday, December 27th and worked several hours to install the new faucet and install some new pipe segments where they had rusted out in the wall space behind a bathroom. My mom used to have foster kids and one of them introduced bed bugs into her home. She had been trying to get rid of them for over 5 years using foggers, sprays, DE powder, and many other things. They would be suppressed but were never eradicated. Sadly, she recently passed away, which meant I now had to deal with them. Randall from Astro lived down the street from her. I was told by several neighbors to talk to him. He came out, gave me a quote, and we agreed on a day to do the service. The bed bugs are now gone for good. Vikane gas was the only thing that definitively did the job. Thank you, Randall and thank you Astro!!!
Grayson did exactly what he was hired to do. Performed exactly what the estimate stated with a reasonable price and on time. The recent hurricane caused major problems but when Grayson finished the backyard was beautiful with new grass, flower bed with palm trees. Want great prices on PVC? This is the place to go. They beat big box stores hands down. Friendly service, knowledgeable salespeople, and amazing selection. A project that would have cost us over $200 at Home Depot ended up costing under $100 here. Wish we had tried them sooner. We could have saved a lot of money!

Disclaimer: this was my very first visit to a chiropractor. After dealing with some nagging sports-related injuries, extensive research lead me to Dr. Gay. Unsure of what to expect, I was greeted warmly upon my arrival. She listened to every word I said; explaining my reasons for being there and my wishes to feel better. Dr. Gay was very thorough with explaining what she believed to be the issue and went right to work. Without getting too deep into the weeds, I left with a whole new outlook on my path to feeling better. My experience was everything I truly wanted it to be. Even after one visit, I would highly recommend Dr. Gay to anyone.
Dr. Beard is magical. He fixed my lower back problem which was severe and made me got bedridden.
I'm so grateful that I found Dr. Pridgen's office! He actually took the time to listen to me and answer every one of my questions before coming up with a treatment plan that is just for me. I'm completely comfortable under his care and have already improved so much. Goodbye pain and hello life!
Dr. Patel Is amazing at his job. He works to the patients needs and wants. Great at adjusting the body back to the adjusted needs. If a recommended chiropractor care I would definitely recommend Dr. Patel. Rate 5 stars

I'm basing this review solely on my phone interactions with the staff here and comparing them to an experience I had with another veterinary office in Valdosta. At Baytree, the woman (or women!) who answered my calls—one to set up my appointment and another to cancel—were incredibly kind and personable. If you’re the same person, thank you! Their phone etiquette is truly top-notch. If this is a reflection of how they treat their patients, I’m all in.
On the other hand, the other vet I called was a different story. The person on the phone was dismissive, informing me I’d need a $500 deposit, that my scheduled appointment would be billed at emergency rates, and that despite my dog being up to date on her shots, she would still need to be tested for parvo. What?! It was the most baffling thing I’d heard, especially since my dog just had a minor worm issue. I ended up purchasing an over-the-counter dewormer and treating her myself since we were sent to Florida before the scheduled appointment. (Hurricane Relief Work) So, do yourself a favor—go to Baytree!
Dr Harrell and his staff are always courteous, efficient and helpful. I know my little Piper is in good hands when they take care of her.

Amazing first visit with my 2 dogs. Dr. Harrell introduced himself to my dogs at their level, getting down on the floor and letting them come to him, essentially putting them (& me) at ease. Highly recommend.
Awesome experience. Welcoming! Their office was very clean. The front staff was extremely friendly. Our vet tech was top-notch. He was excellent with my mix pit Ellie Mae. Dr. Graham went over and beyond to help Ellie with her seasonal allergies! Thank y’all! ?❤️?

I had a radical Prostatectomy on January 18, 2024. I started going to Pelvic Floor Therapy on February 6th 2024. After only 7 weeks I had regain control of my bladder functions! Working with the Ladies at the receptionist desk to working with Joey Broadwater on my exercises my experience was exceptional! I highly recommend them to you for any of your PT needs!
Went in for a broken finger, and after doing a few sessions and getting exercises I complained about my knees and they immediately decided to help and have me in the pool doing therapy and strengthening them. They are very knowledgeable and respectful.
