Nalley Chevrolet Service Department

Went to the Service department today 1/11/24 requesting brake service on my vehicle. I was not greeted by anyone in the service bay instead everyone looked at me as if I was interrupting them at home. I approached one of the employees and told them my name & appointment time, he didn't verbally respond but instead pointed in the direction of someone else. That was the signal to let me know he couldn't help me. I went to the other individual and after about 1 minute I knew that I wasn't getting my service done here due to "lack of service" expressed by the employee. A big shout out to service representative Marilyn. She kept me informed of my sun's progress. There were more things wrong with my suv than I thought. Unfortunately, the repair was very costly, but I'm enjoying my ride again. I'm glad my suv is working right again, and I'm hoping no other problems will come up any time soon. Also, this place is very clean, which I like.
