Andrew Perez was awesome… I had a scheduling conflict but needed the service asap, he was understanding and rescheduled for SAME DAY! The initial visit was very informative and the treatment he did was very thorough! He was happy to answer all of my questions, and I had many! I’m beyond happy with my service and will definitely use them in the future (hopefully I don’t have to ☺️). And customer service (Lori I believe) is very hospitable and a pleasure to speak with! Great job. 10 out of 10…. I definitely recommend!

Last year, Safer Home Services provided me with pest control service of a 3 bedroom house that I'm renting. I was so thankful I didn't see any bugs for a year, and I remember how Scott did a great job. So recently, I called Safer Home Services to schedule another annual pest control treatment of a 3 bedroom house. On the phone, a very nice lady named Lori, scheduled me for the pest control visit. The actual OWNER, Bob Benbow came out today and he really needs to teach other business owners how to take care of customers! It’s simple- why do anything other than once a year pest control? You pay once and if the bugs are not gone, they come back for free. They are incentivized to actually get it done the first time. Regular companies that get paid for each trip are incentivized to NOT get to the job done the first time cause if they do, they’ve lost their job, right? Safer home services are the BEST! The owner himself came out the same day and I thoroughly enjoyed our chat while he was getting rid of my bugs in one trip. And they do this without spraying chemicals all over your house. It’s a no brainer!
