Brian Black came to my house and looked over some outlets and my breaker that I was having some concerns about. He educated me on what was going on and was quick to respond to my call. I got help that very same day. Thank you so much, will definitely be using them again if ever needed.

Worked with this company before and had a great experience, so of course I reached out to them again for additional work. Had the pleasure of working with Brian Black who was PHENOMENAL when he came out previously- however he was pretty busy when I called again, but HE sent someone over SAME DAY and personally seen to it that the job got done! And top of that, he sent out Joe who was BOMB too! My experience working with Brian & Joe was great!! They are personable, professional, fast, reliable, efficient, knowledgeable and fair! They are definitely our preferred vendor for Electrical.Service: Electrical inspections

I was so pleased with Plugged In and Brian and Josh. Josh came out today and he was knowledgeable, courteous and Mr. Customer Service! I highly recommend this company and I will be using them again.Services: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading
