“Shalene worked with my Motek when they were located here in Ca. Motek was an uncontrollable hyper spaz. They did a wonderful job. Motek is so well behaved now which makes my life and time out so much easier and more pleasant. You can't go wrong with Matt and Shalene. I haven't personally met Matt but have spent a few sessions with Shalene. They know their stuff.“

“I want to share our experience with Ryan because I think everyone needs someone like him to support and guide to improve our relationship with our dogs. Zuko it’s our Bullterrier, a guy with a lot of energy, such a beautiful personality and also… he’s a reactive dog, this means that he’s not able to control himself with people or other dogs around because he wants to play and run and have fun, but not everyone knows that, and if you see a Bullterrier barking at you so loud and you don’t know him … you will get a little bit afraid. So, after trying a lot of things with Zuko to improve he’s behavior, we didn’t had success so we decided to look for professional help and we found Ryan. We explained to Ryan our situation and he came with us to talk about the program and to meet Zuko, just knowing him we knew that he was a professional, since day 1 we saw a change in Zuko behaviors. During the training Ryan was very clear with the explanation of the training and very patient with Zuko and us, the tools provided during the training was VERY helpful. We finished the training a month ago and we see a Zuko with a very improve behavior, he’s doing great somedays, and some others it’s not that easy, but we need to understand that it’s a process and that we need to keep working with our dogs. So… Thank you Ryan! You helped us a lot to understand Zuko.“

“Pet Smart location in Peachtree City,in the Best Buys shopping plaza,( just an idea for the location).At this location; are the nicest,kindest,caring ,and loving persons for you and your furbabies,& non furbabies. The store is always clean & fresh. Everyone acknowledges you as soon as you enter the store.We just currently had our furbaby's nails I think she called it grinded if I am not mistaking, but it gets the nails more rounded in cut and yet a little closer. Perfect job. Sorry,I am not great at names,although she did give me her name.BTW, they have a number of groomers this establishment ,which I found amazing. They were awesome. The groomers are out by 7pm.They happily worked our furbaby in quick & easy. You will be happy.We also are in puppy training. Our instructor; This young lady is so Awesome and Amazing. She is so knowledgeable and works with each furbaby,answers all your questions. AS,I mentioned, ( not good at names). I will do better. Although there is only 1 trainer at this location. This location is a gem.“

“I had a 15 yr old cat in distress having trouble breathing. Never had been here before. Called around to get seen everywhere booked. They welcomed me to bring her in. Dr and staff extremely friendly. Quickly determined heart failure and fluid in her lungs. Gave her a sedative to ease her transition while keeping her comfortable . Dr eased my pain by assuring me that i was a loving pet owner by not allowing her to continuing to suffer at home during her transition. I would recommend this dr and staff to anyone as they treated me and my kitty as if we had always been their patient. I will always be forever grateful.“
