Used Firehouse for a Septic pump from what we thought was a clog somewhere. There was indeed a clog and they fixed us right up and quickly too, while also educating us on how to avoid these sames issues down the road. The price they quoted was the price we paid. There was no "extra" issue or "extra" service needed, no upsell, no upcharge no haggle like I have unfortunately experienced in the past with other septic companies. I appreciated the honesty and the professionalism. Thanks Firehouse! Would highly recommend.
I contacted Firehouse septic about needing an inspection, pumped, and providing a detailed letter for our buyers. They were able to help out on such short notice and provide the documents needed that same day. Firehouse septic is Very professional and dependable. I highly recommend them!
Eric is prompt, courteous, and professional. He did what he said was going to do and did it in a timely manor. I am sure I will not have any septic problems in the future but if I do, I can call him.
