Dr. Williamson is really nice and a good doctor. However, his staff is lacking a bit in customer service. Especially the tall lady who does the fittings and assists you with ordering frames. As I waited, I listened to her interaction with another customer, and she would always seem yo be cutting the customer off while the customer was still speaking. My interaction wasn't any better.

The frames need to be better organized. Men and women frames seem to be all mixed up. It's chaotic. The choice of men's frames is really lacking, and when you pick the frames, you're actually buying the ones that are on display. I just went ahead and paid for my prescription...read full review

Dr. Williamson is great. Kind. Thorough. Personable. But his optician was impersonal and rude. Neither she nor other office staff followed up on what they said they would do. I won't go back until he gets a new optician.

This business does not honor their in-network insurance contracts & give reimbursements for overcharging patients above what is allowed by insurance carriers. This is against GA state law. If you have not received reimbursement for overcharges according to your insurance carrier explanation of benefits, please file a complaint with the Georgia State Attorney Generals Office of Consumer Affairs. We have filed a complaint, but they will not pursue them unless there are others that come forward.
