He then walked me around my home showing me the areas that had rotten wood where water had leaked from my old roof. He explained what he would do to correctly prevent those problems from occurring with his new roof installation.***** showed me the latest manufacturers specifications and materials for new roof installations. He cut out the technical jargon in favor of language that even the non-technical person can understand. Despite my gripes about the problems he found, his attitude remained friendly and empathetic. He told me that he would treat my roof repair as he would his home.Throughout the roof replacement process, ***** supplied photographs of how the roof repair was progressing. He also, showed me how old and ineffective gutters led to my garage roof rotting. His excellent customer service, knowledge of ********************** installation, and understanding of the most current materials and how manufacturers wanted them installed, sold me that his company was my best option to repair my roof. “Marvin and his crew did a wonderful job at two properties that had moisture issues in the crawlspaces and one also needed additional support beams because of sagging floors. The crew was punctual, efficient, and just all around pleasant to work with. I can really feel the difference with the humidity level in the crawlspaces now!
