We needed help with chronic water drainage and grading issues but also wanted some hardscaping and landscaping done. We’ve worked with multiple companies in the past and had a hard time getting it fixed or getting companies to respond. Casey and the team at personal touch have been great. Casey offered design ideas and sat with us multiple times to design (and redesign) a solution that fit our needs and our budget. We communicated often and when the work started the team executed quickly and worked rain or shine, got the work done, and even did some extra work out of scope to help our neighbor. Ricky and his team (Casey, Andy, Keith) did a complete lawn renovation for us in fall of 2022. They re-graded our lot, improved our drainage, put in a beautiful retaining wall, installed new sod and landscaping, a new irrigation system, new uplighting, and a new aluminum fence. The best part about Personal Touch (and Ricky) is that he will work to make sure you are happy with the final product and anything that needs to be corrected he makes right. Personal Touch Lawn Care did a fantastic job in assessing our need for a new patio, presenting a plan in a timely manner and then executing the design. We love our new crushed slate patio with stone frame! While they were here they also took care of flattening out a mound in our yard that we were told was contributing to challenges with our septic system. They also fixed an area by our gate that kept flooding by grading it and then seeding all of the graded areas. The work crew was professional and efficient. They made sure to give us directions on how to maintain it all to get the best results. We are so grateful!Services: Landscape design
