My commercial properties only use THE OTHER SIDE exclusively for golf course quality results. I have 35yrs of industry experience, 17 of which on semi-private golf courses and Im impressed.

I've used The Other Side for over a year, the first and only lawn service company I'll ever need. They are very easy to work with. I've never had a lawn or lawn service before and they were very patient with me explaining their treatment schedule and they leave a flyer each time they come explaining exactly what they did and what I can expect. They text and let me know when they are arriving so I can lock up the dogs, etc. I had Zoysia sod installed last year in my back yard that previously had no grass and contacted them immediately because I had no idea how to care for it. After 20 years of owning a home, The Other Side Lawn Service is bar none the best lawn treatment company (I still mow myself) we've ever had. I have referred a couple neighbors recently but my yard is the best advertisement: virtually no Poa Annua or other winter weeds and it's greening up perfectly. There's also a discount for pre-paying for the year.
