I used this company 2 weeks ago. A couple of outlets (on the same line) worked intermittently. Instead of addressing the issue I was sold a package of "outlet restoration". This was not needed, to the tune of over $700. I was finagled into believing this would solve the issue. They replaced a few outlets (even replacing a stainless steel switch plate with a plastic one that doesn't fit and making off with the screws for the steel plate that does fit). One of the outlets on the line does not work. Either a bad outlet was put in, or the 2 "breakers" they installed for the line are faulty. If there is a problem with an outlet on the same line and the breakers aren't tripping, something is very wrong and it is.a safety hazard. They are refusing to be responsible for the outlet they just placed and are attempting to make it into another costly job. I expected much better from a local company. Overall, they are more focused on "the sale" than addressing homeowners genuine need. They do not honor their work. I am out 2 weeks of pay and my home's safety has been left in a precarious position. Don't be duped as I was.
Happy with our experience! Scheduling was easy. Kevin C, our electrician, was on time, thorough, explained everything and was very friendly and professional. We will be reaching out to schedule more projects with Pat Murphy!!
