I used Kristen a few months ago for neck pain. She did dry needling. As it was my first experience with dry needling, I was a bit apprehensive. It hurt during the time but really helped expedite my healing process. Would recommend!

After taking my grandma to meet with Kristen we decided this was not the place to continue her physical therapy. It seemed like she genuinely did not care about her patient and also was rude to her employees in front of multiple patients. Seeing that told us everything we needed to know.

I have seen some great physical therapists over the years, but this group has been the best yet. The front desk staff are remarkably patient, professional, and calm with clients who are clearly in great pain and discomfort, and thus often more grumpy and difficult than your average person. The therapists and techs are skilled, resourceful, and collaborative with one another, focused on the best possible patient outcomes. I appreciate their sense of humor and can-do attitude.
