We have been using DAH for many years and have always had great service. This week we recovered an abandoned dog and Bradley and Dr. Powell went above and beyond with supporting us in the process of rescue.
In addition, Dr. Courtney has taken care of several of our four-legged family members over the years. She has always offered great, compassionate care from routine visits through to the journey over the rainbow bridge. Cannot be more satisfied with our choice to continue with Dekalb Animal Hospital.
We had the best experience today at Dekalb Animal Hospital. We are visiting family out of town and our pup was struggling. We found them via Google search. The receptionist Kai, was so kind on the phone and got us in quickly. They treated us so well and loved on our sick pup getting her the meds we needed. I highly recommend Dr. Powell and her team.
Great level of care. They took good care of our first dog until her sudden unfortunate unavoidable loss to cancer and sent a very sweet card after hearing of her passing. The have also been amazing with my super-anxious new rescue. We’ve seen Dr Courtney a few times, a couple with each of our girls, and maybe 2-3 of their other vets and they were all very patient and thorough and had good explanations and recommendations. It’s been easy to make emergency appointments and we generally only encounter one other pet there in passing each visit, so it’s never crowded or chaotic. Highly recommend.
