Based on my experience, having Mr. Franklin and his staff assist me with my 2021 taxes, they did an amazing job. Customer Service was impeccable, tax preparation time was excellent, and the cost was respectable. I give this business 5 stars because they are a CPA Firm that is truly a great establishment to do business with.
