Starting with the Administrators in the office to my charming exterminator, Mr. Mike Kenny, all the folks I dealt with were very professional, and they treated me as if I was their one and only customer. I found 2 baby roaches in my kitchen and immediately called Arrow Exterminators. The tech that came out focused on my kitchen and didn't try to upsell me. He knew exactly how to handle the situation and reassured me that I had caught it early and should be an easy fix. He went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and how it will work to solve the issue.
