When my husband and I were going regularly, we loved it! We were both getting in much better shape w/n just 2-3 months. It was always very clean and a great atmosphere!.. The employees were great, very friendly. Due to a few regular employees who worked a lot around the same times we could make it and how great they were w/ us every time we walked in, it felt like we were making a new lil gym family. My husband and I love the massage beds (can't remember the name but kinda like water massage beds). And I loved the tanning booths. Always a nice addition to our workouts. Staff is friendly, machines are plentiful and in good working order, rarely crowded. I just wish that something would be done about people who sit on the machines and text or whatever. I understand that people often take a break between sets, but if the break is going to be long enough to have a lengthy text conversation, they should get off the machine so others can use it.

Love this place! I use the 30 minute circuit. I love it because it's a complete workout in just 30 minutes! Plus, because it's already laid out for me, I don't have to think about what to do!
