Walked in from the truck stop across the street to get DOT physical. They don't take walk ins by appointment only. This place is right in the center of truck stop and industrial plaza, there are truckers in and out and around. And you mean to tell me that you offer dot physicals but have to make an appointment. If we are over the road drivers and don't know when we will be in the area what good is an appointment. This is not helping us drivers at all. And the the fact that when i got there, there was no one even waiting to be seen why couldn't they just take me in. Guess they don't need the money

Ive waited over an hour for their 1 nurse to look at my TB test on my arm.. Which takes 2 seconds... I am still waiting and it's getting closer to 2 hours of waiting. Even with 1 nurse it shouldnt take this long to get a TB read. They have seen people in after ive gotten here and still I am waiting because I'm waiting for the nurse apparently. Dont recommend here. Its longer than waiting for the DMV which everyone knows is normally a head ache in itself. Go anywhere else.

Everyone at this facility is amazing. The receptionists, the nurses, the doctor, everyone that I interacted with was very Knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Going to the doctor is never a positive experience, however the amazing staff here made it non-stressful, and a pleasant experience. Could not have asked for better service from anyone, everyone was absolutely perfect and how I wish more medical facilities were.
