Every step of the way, Ray has been available if I had a question. The roofing crew worked very quickly and did a great job cleaning up the site at the end. Really, they were cleaning up all along, not just at the end. At the end of the job, the crew chief walked around with me discussing what was done. And when I had questions after that, Ray came out to answer them. He even came out after a wind had knocked some of my siding awry. It was high up where I couldn’t reach, so I asked for advice, and he came by and snapped it back in. That surely was going above and beyond! I cannot say enough good about the service Campbell’s has given. Moving forward, Ray tells me that they will stay in touch, giving a free inspection after any serious weather event— wind, hail, etc. I appreciate that because I had hail damage on the roof that I didn’t suspect. The adjuster agreed there was hail damage, but it was too late to put in a claim for hail damage. However, they found enough wind damage to justify a claim. My point is, now that Campbell’s and Ray will help me keep an eye on the roof, I will be better able to place any future claim promptly (but I hope I won’t need to place another claim).
