“I took my 1 yo in yesterday due to a fever. The front desk staff-Ms. Jan, was PHENOMENOL. I used to be an office manager, and she is EXACTLY what I always looked for. She was so sweet and caring from the moment we walked in. She kept apologizing it was taking a minute, but honestly, we didn't have a wait at all. The lobby was packed when we arrived but when I am telling you they were getting it done, they were! They had the whole lobby cleared within 30 minutes. When we got to the back, our nurse was AWESOME! I cant remember her name, she has a 10 year old son... if that helps... but she was so caring and trying to make my sick child laugh. He accidently scratched his face, and she searched for a round band-aid, and when she couldn't find one, she cut a regular one to put over the scratch. The NP was awesome too. She had short brown hair. She was SO knowledgeable. When my sons strep test come back negative, she still had answers for me, and was willing to do more testing to be positive of what was going on. I wish this was a pediatric doctor for routines, they would definitely get our business! I am still in shock how awesome the entire team was. You just don't find a medical facility with that much care anymore. WAY TO GO Affinity Express Care!!“
