I was a first time home buyer and decided to go with Karen Thomas as my realtor. I really can't recommend her enough. She was incredibly helpful in finding detailed information about homes from the sellers and/or their agents. I visited four separate homes before finding the one I liked. She was patient throughout the entire process and not pushy at all, despite there being a shortage of homes in my price range and having to take a few months to find the right home. Importantly, she was very helpful giving me context of what was expected in the area as far as home buyer/seller culture is here, as well as what were reasonable offers to make to sellers. As first time home buyers my husband and I were very nervous at first. We were lucky to have Karen Thomas and the staff at Century 21. They were all very polite and professional, and Karen herself is amazing to work with. I highly recommend Century 21!
