I was in a bind, I had talked with two companies that buy houses just as Spanish moss does and they both scammed me into thinking they were going to buy my home and property, come to find out they were going to pay me with money that came from the sale , instead of buying it out right such as Mr Lee Winters did and closed within 7 days , and I did not have to for go foreclosure, they are a great company to do business with, thank you all so much

Lee and Amanda were so easy to work with, and hands down FAST! Very fair offer and a deal was made. They made moving smooth and we were out in a week! It could’ve been faster but it was my fault.
