When I ordered carpet for four bedrooms and asked for a date when the carpet came in and was installed on the date they gave me. When the installers arrived they were professional, courteous and went right to work . They worked for two days and even stayed on the second day until almost 8:00 pm bcause they said they had promised me they would finish. The Culvers came by both days to check to see how the installation was progressing. A few wire shelves were broken and they came back and repaired promptly..
