I have been using the grocery pick-up at the Thomson Walmart since the pandemic. Until the last month I have been very satisfied. Good communication, good products and good customer service. The last two times I have purchased through the pick-up, there was no communication. No text or email to inform me of the status of my order. Yesterday my order was supposed to be picked up between 7 and 8:00 pm. I had no communication from Walmart so before I left, I called and got a recording which said they would get back to me. Walmart has abandoned quality and Custmor service for cheap products and greed
lemme tell u something about this walmart the employess are so rude and workers dont ever work maybe like 3-5 thats all the manager is so rude and was recording me on her phone and bathrooms are just so nasty and they have no appreciation for their customers and speaking of meat the meat still be bleeding like badly and they are never stocked up js very rude walmart.
