We lost keys to a 1990 Camaro. Couldn't get anyone else to even try to cut a key. Dixie's tech came out, and sat there having to try each VATS may until he got the correct one. He was super nice! I had to go back to work. He made sure to call me and let me know when he finished and explain exactly what he did.

Technician was sloppily dressed and seemed to be very inexperienced. It took him and hour and a half to gain entry into the house and replace the doorknob.
He did clean up after himself, though and was upfront about pricing and his methods of entry.
