Augusta Orthopedic & Sports offers excellent care with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Patients appreciate the outstanding service and efficient scheduling. Dr. Pope and Dr. Bojescul are noted for their excellent bedside manners, taking the time to explain issues clearly and answer all questions. Dr. Head is a nice guy who listens and is patient, and Dr. Gallagher is great and thorough. The physicians and staff are professional and a pleasure to work with. The welcoming atmosphere and attentive care make this practice highly recommended for anyone seeking orthopedic services.
Dr Pitts comes highly recommended. He’s very professional and explains the procedure in great detail, but easy to understand. You can tell he is compassionate about his patients.
Dena, his PA is 5 stars in friendliness and professionalism. I know I am in great hands with this crew. The office staff is quick and efficient. From Dr visit to surgery schedule, Ive had zero complaints.
Over all a great experience from start to finish, office staff are friendly and accommodating. Back office staff are comforting and knowledgeable. Dr Pitts is awesome, I would definitely refer friends and family to this practice.. overall a pleasant experience
I walked in and approached the receptionist. She got my info and looked me up, as I was a former patient of Dr Pitts. She got my insurance info ,collected my company and told me to take a seat, that someone would call me back to see the doctor. Everything ran so smoothly. X-rays done exam of my knee and then advised of my knee being alright. That my only problem was the fluid that had collected on my knee. Dr Pitts advised my of how my body was healing its self but that it will take time to do so. I felt like he cared and had advised me with enough info to get better. He also suggested balance theorpy to perhaps prevent another fall. So I feel much better and was glad...read full review
