I "filed" my taxes with Cindy on February first and decided to take advantage of the $450 tax advance loan they offer. Since then, I have received a couple of calls saying I need a Marketplace insurance paper. It has been 8 days since I gave my paperwork to her, and today I received a call from Cindy saying the owner will take me to Magistrate Court if I do not have that paper. I advised that as soon as I get it I will bring it up there. Who threatens to take their customers to court? Overall, a totally unprofessional environment but I will be glad to never visit again. Save yourself some time and money and visit a real tax preparer.
