mostly friendly staff and i love the way they do things but absolutely terrible wait times. it doesn't even matter if you have an appointment. understaffed. i have waited multiple hours before to get my eyebrows waxed.

The ladies here are the best! Tam has always given me a great pedicure, she's very careful.The shop is very clean, and everyone is so nice. You feel comfortable with the way you are treated.I've even gotten my husband to get a pedicure here, and Bennie does a great job of making him feel at ease in the shop.

Wish they would just do it right. I know they can. The first time was perfect.. now everytime they don't do it right..I hate spending my money just to need it re-done..I can't even tip like I would like to because they just rush to get it done..
