“I have too say I was new to the area and last year I used Lowes too install my 2 new AC units on a home I bought with old units that needed replacement. They sent out a company called ARS ? Never use that company!!! I Called this company because I had nothing but issues and crappy work from their different techs. I decided I would call this company since the Google reviews were all 5 stars. I have too say the guy who came was super knowledgeable took photos for me to turn in to Lowes Legal team over the poor installation that ARS did to my units. The poor install from the other company caused my compressor to overheat and kill my compressor after 15 months on a brand new unit. I am confident in this company and will be using them for my 2 yearly maintenance jobs going forward. If your shopping around again do not use ARS through Lowes!! This company was literally a GOD send from Google!! They now have a loyal customer!!! I will definitely be telling all of my friends and my fiance family in the area to use them.“
