I just have to brag on Katie at Beauty Nails & Spa on Villa Rosa Road! My husband and I just moved here in July and I have had such a hard time bringing myself to get my nails done again because I didn’t know anyone out here who does nails. When I tell you, Katie was the most PLEASANT, sweetest, and just all around best nail tech ever! I enjoyed every second I spent in her chair. Then, I had to go get my eyebrows down and the girl who did my eyebrows was equally just as sweet. I also learned that this business is family owned and operated. I’m so glad I got my nails done today, I will definitely be a life long customer!
I will not be returning here. I paid, with tip, $100 for a deluxe pedicure and a basic manicure. When I left both my fingers and toes all had rough skin and the nails were still rough on the edges. It was like he was in a hurry to get me out.
I am not sure about the cleanliness either. Pretty sure the buffer and file were not only used in me.
He did paint my toenails great though. ?
Very rude wasn't welcoming at all sat in the chair for my Pedi and had to wait almost 30 min for someone to come and do my Pedi when the guy finally came wasn't to pleasant at all I've had way better experience elsewhere then when it was time for me to pay he asked did I want to tip I said no he got a nasty attitude with me threw the receipt at me and walked off no thanks come again or nothing. I paid 56 dollars for the milk and honey pedi the pedi itself wasn't bad he did a good job on it but I probably won't be going backService: Pedicure
