Shane and his crew are true professionals. Upon our initial encounter, we knew pretty quickly that this was the right man for the job. We soon felt that this is a good and decent man. They were straightforward, communicative and honest, and finished the quality work in a reasonable amount of time. Asked another company to come out and check unit because defroster was not working in winter. Could not get a response on repair after they learned we didn't need a new unit. I was referred to Shane by a friend and it was the best call I could have made. He showed me the problem was a wire that needed to be plugged in. We tested it and the heat works fine now. I am so glad I called him and will only use him for servicing the unit in the future. Thank you Shane.
