I cannot talk highly enough about this company! And more importantly for their employee Jason Baker. He has been absolutely amazing and has gone above and beyond for us. We used Top Rated for our building in NC and my in-laws building in AL. Unfortunately we ran into issues with ours in NC (not at any fault of top rated).. however Top Rated took it upon themselves to help us get it solved.. Their customer service, respect, communication, and work is unbeatable. I am so thankful for them and I fully recommend them for all your building needs. As a Realtor in both NC and SC they will be my first contact for my clients and personal needs!
