The owner Will is very kind and walks you through the process of what work you want or need done! We had the pleasure of working with Leroy who came out and did an excellent job of capping our irrigation system due to concrete work. He laid the grass back as perfect as possible and marked the cuts. If I had concerns they were addressed! The communication is always there!
Quickly scheduled my 30x40 garage building and did a great job of foam insulation application. Fair price. Cleaned up after job and kept good communications. Very trustworthy and professional. Highly recommend.

My daughter’s wedding got so many compliments about the beauty of her flowers and decor. It was elegant and unique. We love Madison and what she does and the person she is. I definitely recommend using Phillip for a trainer. He's so in tune with how to get my dog to do exactly what I need her to do. Every session she learns so much and we have definitely seen improvements with her and how she listens better. To bad we can only give 5 stars. Very professional and humble. You can't ask for a better dog trainer around.

I cannot talk highly enough about this company! And more importantly for their employee Jason Baker. He has been absolutely amazing and has gone above and beyond for us. We used Top Rated for our building in NC and my in-laws building in AL. Unfortunately we ran into issues with ours in NC (not at any fault of top rated).. however Top Rated took it upon themselves to help us get it solved.. Their customer service, respect, communication, and work is unbeatable. I am so thankful for them and I fully recommend them for all your building needs. As a Realtor in both NC and SC they will be my first contact for my clients and personal needs!
