My HVAC system died and needed to be replaced. I got Zen Air to come give me a quote, and the tech they sent out - Evan, was the most hands-on and technical of all the other comfort specialists sent out by several places I'd already had come to give me a quote. I was very impressed because no other place came to measure airflow or go up into the attic to inspect other things other than the HVAC/Furnace. Ewan was patient and explained all the things he was checking on and satisfied my technical inquiries.
