People are nice. Efficiency and records accuracy is very poor. I’ve not received supplies in about a year. Finally get supplies ordered and they arrive for device I had previously over a year ago. Multiple attempts made to rectify and no one is willing to accept responsibility for the error and every solution requires me, the patient, to absorb the error in time, money, and inconvenience. Unacceptable and very disappointing.
I’ve been going to SELC for years. I came from Decatur to John’s Creek about three years ago. They have a fabulous staff and wonderful, experienced doctors who listen well to your issues and also they really care about their patients. I’ll never switch!
