“I took my dads comforter there to be dry cleaned ... my dog peed on it for whatever reason.. I picked it up and didn’t open it right away but when I finally did the smell was horrible and the Pee stain was still there. They charged me 35 dollars and never cleaned it.. it’s now sat on the comforter for a month and a half so I doubt the small will ever come out. I plan on going in tomorrow to see what they plan to do about it.. they took the time to take it out of the bag I had it in and put it in a new nice zip bag... but didn’t wash it... totally unacceptable.Update: they took it back and cleaned the item without any hassle. “IDK why this place has such low ratings. I've brought my son's ROTC uniform here at least 6x in the last year - each time with huge stains on it because he's a teenage boy lol and each time they've cleaned it to a pristinely new condition and it only costs me $7 per piece. I've also brought vintage items in that needed cleaning ASAP before a last minute trip (like I gave less than 48 hours time) and they cleaned it for me without any fuss and any upcharge. I like to support this place because it is a small, woman of color owned business with decent prices that is close to my neighborhood and they get the stains out and the job done.“

“I have dropped of 2 suit jackets and 15 shirts. My suit jackets were perfect and all my shirts were neatly starched and pressed. She even replaced a button for free on one of my button ups. My only complaint is that on one shirt had a small stain that didn't come out. I'm not sure if it was because of the cleaning or the stain type (kimchi) that it wasn't removed. Other than that i recommend this place thanks to her friendly service.“
