Jason fixed our issues with our pool, took the time and explained all the steps he was taking and why, and what the problem was, etc. We felt confident in his work and explanations. Devon is our regular weekly pool maintenance technician. He does a great job every week, is friendly, professional and takes the time to answer my questions and handles and fixes any problems I may have noticed.Services: Filter cleaning

We became Pinnacle customers after two other pool services failed to maintain our equipment properly. Our chemical and saline levels are finally correct. They have consistently met our expectations and have our pool looking better than ever. We recently had a flood issue due to storm runoff and they were able to save a birthday weekend by jumping in to clean twice on top or our regularly scheduled maintenance. So incredibly grateful for the extra attention.
