“I just want to give the biggest THANK YOU to the groomer, JayeCee. I came in, knowing that given the change in season that my German Shepherd, Scout, would need a de-shed and a bath - the amount of hair is crazy! JayeCee proposed as well that she could give Scout a “breed cut” which I didn’t even think my GSD needed grooming. BOY WAS I WRONG! I was so HAPPY with the way that my boy came back to me! His ears and chest were cleaned up, the “pantaloons” or back of his legs were so neat!! And she gave him the cutest rainbow bandana! 10/10 recommend her if you are in the area!“

“My son had to be hospitalized unexpectedly. I had no idea how long he would be in the hospital. They took my dog, Rosie, with minutes of me calling to see if they had an opening. The staff was lovely. They were supportive. they made sure they took care of Rosie so I had one less worry. Because I had no idea when my son would be discharged. They were wonderfully flexible and let me know whenever it was convenient for me to pick up my dog or how long she needs to stay would be fine. I highly recommend them!“

Puppy Haven has been a life saver for us. Chloe is a regular at Puppy Haven Johns Creek. She has a blast going to daycare and spending time with some of her favorite people and pups each week. The staff is kind, caring, and they take such good care of the pups!“

“We were nervous to leave our cats because they have never been boarded before and one is prone to stress induced UTI's. Thankfully, they did great at Happy Cat. Clementine adjusted quickly while Tommy stayed hidden during the day but felt comfortable enough to roam around the room at night. We loved checking in on them via the WebCam and were thrilled with the daily emailed report with pictures!! Happy Cat Hotel in Johns Creek is an amazing facility with an awesome staff!!“

“I'd like to update my review because Tiger Tails did not feel right in allowing me to feel blindsided on some things or to walk away feeling discomfort with any of the pricing that popped up. I truly appreciate the thorough explanation by a staff member or leadership (not sure who actually called my apologies) but I felt a lot better about the charges after understanding what exactly they were for and also having a bit of it returned to me since I didn't approve some of the boosters. They listened, acknowledged, and were apologetic explaining they did not want to lose us as patients and I truly appreciate that as not a lot of vets or companies would care. “Just completed two classes here, Canine Good Citizen and Community Canine. Excellent instructors who take the time to teach how to teach the dog. My dog loved to go and I respected the dedication and enthusiasm all the instructors have. They don't get paid, and do it just for the dogs.“

The front office offered to get the information needed from her last vet and they were successful!<br>Upon arrival, they had the cutest welcome sign with “Ashe” written in chalk.<br>The wait times were very short for the lobby and the clinic.<br>Dr. K. and her Assistant were very informative, they took the time to thoroughly go over the treatment plan, and addressed all our concerns.<br>Unfortunately, Ashe had one major concern and a few minor issues. They suggested to keep her over night so they can get the treatment done first thing in the morning. They kept us updated throughout treatment day and answered all our questions.
