Very happy with the service from the Suwanee GA branch. Our technician is Taqir Johnson, and he consistently goes the extra mile to make us feel like valued customers. He's a winner all the way around. Highest recommendation.
I live in an apartment complex that utilizes this service. I've encountered two of this location's employees and they were both very kind, thorough and professional. I wish I would've gotten both their names to share in this review. We've had our termite services through Massey for decades. They do a fantastic job. We just called yesterday to get our termite inspection done (kept missing their calls) and Kevin Langone was out in less than 24 hour. He did an awesome job of stepping us through what he was doing and how we can do even better to help prevent termites. Then he gave us a detailed review of our coverage and what we should be looking for until they come out again. Kevin was super prompt, knew exactly what he was looking for and educated us on what we can do to help. I give Kevin and Massey 5 out of 5.Service: Termite inspection
