Once the appointment was set the office kept in touch as to the arrival time of the tech. Tech checked out the unit and gave me a couple of choices but due to the age of the fridge I have decided to replace it. I will use this business when needed.

From the initial phone contact to schedule a service repair with Ashley to the successful one-visit repair of our dryer, my experience was nothing short of amazing! Highlights - once I booked the apptment, I received a phone call from their Service department rep, Illa. He wanted to better understand the issue, symptoms and what I had done to overcome the issue. We hired Innovative Appliances for a repair of our Miele Refrigerator. Ashly, the coordinator was fantastic to work with. She kept us informed of the appointment and answered any question we asked her.She quoted the work up front. Ilya, our repair technician, was thoughtful, friendly and knowledgeable. He was a true expert. There were no surprises. The quote was correct. I highly recommend this company. In my mind, they are the gold standard for what a Repair shop should be.
