I've been training with Patti for several years now and have had a great experience. I had a serious back injury that required months of physical therapy, and weight training has been an important part of my recovery as well as strengthening my back and core to prevent re-injury. The other thing that is very important to me is the one-on-one aspect of this type of training. I know that I'm doing a full-body workout with proper form because I'm being watched. DO NOT TRAIN WITH PATTI! I had a horrible experience training with her and did not see results. This woman also charges a month in advance and will NOT refund your money. Instead of focusing on your weight loss goals, she is more focused on asking you every question about your personal life.
