I think this place in Koreatown has the best friendliness and cheapest prices! I highly recommend it to everyone who needs glasses! It was very convenient because they covered various types of insurance ♡ Thank you again to all the people involved!
I've been going here for over 5 years. My experience has mostly been positive and the service has been improving every year. They have a wide variety of glass selections and the staff's assistance has always been patient and supportive to my yearly purchases. They are very helpful even when I just visit to repair my glasses. The eye examination staff have always been professional, courteous, very informative and genuinely concerned about my eye care.
I broke my frames today and stopped in another store before coming here to find similar frames. The first store was helpful but unsuccessful, so they suggested that I use tape or glue to fix them. ? I'm glad I decided to go to EyeBelieve instead because not only was the young lady at the store extremely helpful, especially when I told her I was here from out of town, but she also found frames to fit my lenses on the first try! I would most certainly recommend EBE due to their wonderful customer service and great selection! Thanks so much!
