    They do not care. They don’t send your meds. They don’t return calls. They aren’t polite. They could literally care less. The manager Cary is a snarky smug person and the clinical coordinator Amina isn’t any better. They lack empathy skills and need to be retrained.

    Dr. Rodriguez is amazing , but scheduling staff , this lady is SO rude she is unprofessional communicating with patients, she doesn't let you speak, she just tells you something about your appointment to which all you have to answer is yes or no... she does not care if u need to ask something or express your self about why your appointment has been rescheduled for second time ,because the doctor will not be at the office ...

    Dr. Sanders is amazing but scheduling staff is SO rude and disrespectful. My son is on a medication that requires a monthly visit. They neglected to tell me that this particular doctor (not Sanders) is only in the office on Tue, Wed and Thur from 10:30-2pm. proceeding from the initial appointment. I don’t know how a student and two working parents are supposed to work with these hours every month. When I said that he would need to see a doctor with more amenable hours I was told he couldn’t get an appt for 6 weeks. I have also had to call the office days after his monthly appt because the prescription had not been sent to the pharmacy. EVERY month since November....read full review
