Max Li diagnosed my issues and repaired my a/C onsite. He is an excellent technician and easy to talk to. Two other companies failed to diagnose my issue and only wanted to sell me a new unit. I won't waste my time on anyone but Coolray from now on.

Alex and Michael arrived on schedule. After explaining the planned work, they proceeded with the install of the new A/C and furnace units.
