Have gotten dissatisfied with the company with had been using for a couple of years. Decided to try a different company. This one had good overall reviews so gave them a try. The tech that showed up on time within the scheduled window. Nice guy and what I was told was wrong by the other company turned out to not need attention. So I had a feeling I wasn't being told the whole truth and It was confirmed with this visit. I got a good vibe from this company and will use them in the future.
The 3 things I look for in HVAC service: Intelligent person to answer the phone Competent technicians Timely arrivals The Heroes meet all the criteria. All of their service people are good but Caesar is exceptional. They seem to be just big enough to respond promptly and small enough to genuinely care about their customers.
I had an AC unit installed by Climate Heroes, and it was a great experience! They were very knowledgeable and helped me decide on the size and type of the unit. The installation team were also very professional and accommodated all of my requests. The whole process took 3 days only. Great experience!
