We have had issues with our junk Lennox heaters in our home for several years and have had to have HVAC people out every year. This year we met Climate Heros and with snow/ice storms on their way within the week, they came out right away (other companies said i would need to wait at least a couple weeks). The tech listened to my issues and experience and after about an hour of thorough inspection, shared more than 25 pictures and 10+ videos of what is going on with our units. They shared what was necessary to restore our heat (our downstairs stayed 55-60°) and what life expectations the repairs would have. They also shared a longer lasting solution as well when I asked for more long term solution. Both options were well within my budget, in fact more affordable than expected. I chose the longer term solution and the next day, one of the company's owners actually called me and discussed the solution I elected for and I asked for a more replacement solution rather than another repair of necessary parts. They worked out an amazing deal for us that included a full replacement of both our heat units providing us years of warrantied support and high quality equipment. I have never experienced such thorough assessments nor have any company proposed solutions with pro and con with a simple education approach and not a sales approach. If you have ANY heat or AC service needs, I cannot recommend enough Climate Heros. I called them at 678-203-1732. Our technicians Jose Rosas, Luis Navarro and Cesar Garcia were extremely knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves and were polite, respectable and far exceeded our expectations.
