    My daughter and I have been using benefit personal training for over two years now. We use Grant – he's fantastic and his knowledge of rehabilitation or corrective training is extensive. The facility is perfect just the right size. The personalize service that you receive in this facility is world-class. It's nice to find something like this right around the corner.

    Good people. Sessions are about average cost. If you're looking for a great trainer, I suggest Tasha - she's the best!!
