Safety is the top priority of everything this company does. I know this because they have guarded my neighborhood pool for many years and also manage my own swimming pool. Leadership and knowledge from the top down is what makes the difference and Kyle and his team deliver on those principles every day.

I have worked at AMS Pool since I was 15 years old. I have nothing but the best to say about this company. It is a great job for high school kids who can connect with peers their age and enjoy a summer outside while making competitive pay. I have worked my way up from a lifeguard to a Senior Area Manager and couldn't be happier where I am today.
As I move up more and more in this company, I have a better grasp and understanding of how much effort and care goes into the management team to support the lifeguards.
